Sometimes we can be so focused on helping our kids develop into healthy, driven, and responsible people that we don’t give ourselves and our development a second thought. Just as we indulge our kids to make sure they feel happy and loved, we have to remember to pay the same kind of attention to our own needs: it’s not selfish to want something good for yourself too!
