A Confident Mom to Admire

Posted August 30, 2011 / Jen

Coming up August 30th, we’ll get to see Gretta on the receiving end of a makeover as she chops her hair short. She helps women and men all the time on the show to change or update their looks to make them feel better about themselves, and now it’s her turn for a huge change. Since Gretta was saying that her baby pulls on her hair all the time, she could have just thrown her hair into a ponytail and called it a day. Instead, she decided to come up with a new look to suit her new life as a mom. I bet one of the benefits is not only that her short hair is easier with a baby, but that it also gives her a burst of confidence and a little bit of “sass” – I mean that in a good way! You don’t want to get stuck when you’re a mom and think that you can’t make any more changes or do anything for yourself. I have always enjoyed watching Gretta on every episode of the show, but I absolutely love how much she has shared of her personal life and of new motherhood. She is a wonderful example of how even sleep-deprived new moms deserve to look and feel great!
