Can I ever get a space that is just my own?!
My husband and I have been together for over 12 years. You would think he would clue in to things that really bug the crap out of me, right? Think again!
We each have our own laptop computers. I have asked over and over if he could just not use mine. You may think this is trite, but I absolutely hate it when I can’t sit down at my computer whenever I want. My husband’s computer is usually in his car so he always says, “I just have to finish this one thing,” or something along those lines. Plus, when he is done working on my computer there are these different documents and programs running which I have to navigate around.
Bottom line is I just want my own space!!!!!!! Is that too much to ask? When I see him on my computer, I have an instinct to take the computer and hit him over the head with it. Okay, maybe that was extreme but that is how I feel. Regardless if the request seems silly to him, it matters to me, so I find his behavior disrespectful. My blood is boiling just writing this. I just want some things that are MINE!!! Is that so wrong?
