This was really great you guys. Timely for me as I am on a big job search. Bad timing with the economy! I think it is important to “own” the decision to be home in the early years and not feel like we have to make excuses. I know I can manage far better now that before I had kids. I’m “unflappable” at this point! Thanks for this episode.
